The resort has a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and offers a lively pool area that guests seem to enjoy. The service, however, didn't meet expectations due to some hassles encountered during check-in. The rooms were a decent size, but they could benefit from an update and deeper cleaning. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows, but it's clear that the resort can make some improvements.
